(25 words minimum): I wish to become staff because of the potential of the server and to help out the owners with my own experience to hopefully avoid any disasters in the future of Drex. What makes you stand out from other people? (50 words minimum): Well, For One, I am hardworking. As my commander job, I have set up SFC spreadsheet, rankings, and documents from day one. As far as I know, I am the only commander with his own spreadsheet and descriptive documents so far. Apart from that, I am very active and experienced in both Staff and RP. I have been playing SWRP from 2017 and have experienced a lot of things on a lot of servers. One thing I keep constant is being a pilot, though.  Why should we pick you to become staff? (75 words minimum): I believe because of my experience in SWRP staff and RP wise makes me stand out. I have been through a lot of problems in my SWRP career. A lot of minges, abusers and such. I have seen most of what can be seen when it comes to people on SWRP. I know how to deal with a minge as staff. If somebody is ruining people's fun and multiple people have told me about him, he is going to be punished. I am also very responsive when it comes to player request, be it in OOC or as reports. What can you do to contribute to the community (50 words minimum): As I have stated in the last 2 questions, I am very responsive and experienced. I know how to deal with certain situations and know how to deal with people. I think I know what punishments are fair for people that have broken the rules either by just ruining people's fun by minging, being toxic or else. I can help the owners with situations if they ever do need my help.  [b][u]STAFFSITUATIONS[/u][/b] If a cadet is refusing to co-operate and get trained what would you do?: If he has no intent to be trained what intent does he have to RP? That's a NITRP kick for him. If someone was RPing as a Wookie what would you do?: I would probably consult my superiors to see if there are any angles of the situation that I am not seeing, however, I would probably warn them for FailRP. Wookies in the empire were slaves and were not on ISDs or imperial bases. If someone was going around and had mass RDMd but claimed he was allowed to do so by a MOD as part of an event what would you do?: I would get more details. If he gets me a name and that person is not on or denies the claims, that is a ban for MRDM. It is true that mods can do events on this server which is why I will not instantly ban him and would push him for details. You see a staff member abuse a user, what should you do?: Report it to Pug.
