=13pxWhy do you want to become staff? (25 words minimum): i want to become staff because I would love to help a great community grow and become a good active server with around 25+ players on everyday i also love being part of a great staff team which i know this server has.
=13pxWhat makes you stand out from other people? (50 words minimum): i am helpful and if somone if minging i will not shout at them or warn them i would talk with them like an adult and tell them to stop doing it and i would also ask them why they are doing it if they act like a child i will warn them then if they do it again warn and then kick then 1 day ban i can tolarate but i will also just deal with the minging if it gets really bad.=13pxWhy should we pick you to become staff? (75 words minimum):[color=#ffffff]I think you should pick me cause i am a very dedicated guy to the Drex Community. I am always here to help even though i am not staff. I will always make sure the player gets the desired help so they can keep on playing on our servers with good experience. I am also a very nice guy who is always up for the task. I am always here to support the players and make sure that they get a pleasant and friendly environment. I believe i have loads of experience in RP since I've been a admin on loads of SWRP RP servers. I am very capable of handling situations where RP rules have been broken. I am also very capable to handle OOC situations since that was usually the case. I am good with handling people if two people (or more) Is in a argument i am a perfect candidate to make sure they will stop and resume their stay on Drex SWRP as friends. I am also very good at talking. I always get told that i should work within politics when i grow older since i am very good at arguing (In a good way)[/color]
=13pxWhat can you do to contribute to the community (50 words minimum): i can contribute my experiance to the community i have been admin on 5 diffrent swrp server and know all types of players and if they are serious or not i am very good at catching people minging and i would deal with them the right way and try to make them stop and just make them understand that he/she can have fun on the server without minging/FailRPing and they can make lifelong friends on the server.

=13pxIf a cadet is refusing to co-operate and get trained what would you do?:=13pxIf he has no intent to be trained what intent does he have to RP? i would talk with him then if he just carrys on being childish i would kick for NITRP
=13pxIf someone was RPing as a Wookie what would you do?: =13pxI would probably consult my superiors to see if there are any angles of the situation that I am not seeing, however, I would probably warn them for FailRP. Wookie's in the empire were slaves and were not on ISDs or imperial bases.
=13pxIf someone was going around and had mass RDMd but claimed he was allowed to do so by a MOD as part of an event what would you do?:i would ask him the mods name then he would not be able to tell me as NO mod should be saying this to anyone as it is against the rules and if he does tell me and the mod did tell him this i would tell my supeirior about the mod.
=13pxYou see a staff member abuse a user, what should you do?:i would tell him to stop and not to abuse his staff power then if i saw it again i would tell a higher-up about it and let them deal with it as they have the power to
